FAQ/Shipping Policies
1. Where are you located?
- KIISU is an an Artist based on Philippines. Specialized on creating Action figure customs and accessories.
2. Is your product ready to ship or is it made to order?
- MOST of my featured products are MADE to Order unless I announce such quantity that is available to purchase at anytime on my IG.
3. How long does production time takes? (UPDATED)
- Having a small seasonal team, I do 70% to 80% of the production. for one order line to batch. it usually takes 25-40 days. Due to massive support and demand on each product I have to extend my production period to instil and provide consistent quality of every custom pieces.
4. Do you accept commissions?
- KIISU accept commissions as well, full figure customs from different scale points such as 1/12 to 1/6 by request. But limited slots per quarter a year.
5. Do you sell your STL files?
- I do not sell any of my digital sculpts, however I occasionally give free sculpts to the community and you can see those announcements on my IG. All of my designs are authentic, from paper concept sketching to scratch 3D sculpts and to final output.

SHIPPING POLICIES
Shipping takes place once items are ready. We will be announcing batch shipment and days of production per order/s. if you ordered a product today, production will start rightafter, 15 days is our minimum time frame, if some concerns get along the way, expect a heads up thru email.

- it takes 4-6weeks transit. door to door, make sure all your details are correct to avoid delivery concerns or problem.

REFUND-RETURN Policies
1. NO video NO refund/return/replacement.
This is to ensure RIGHTS of both buyer's and shop's credibilty.
- Buyers cannot return/replace pruducts or get refund not unless such condition is stated below.
*if the item shipped is wrong
*if the item is damaged (upon unboxing)
2. REFUND Policy for LOST item/s during Delivery.
- We are not liable for lost items once the delivery made it thru the designated country.
- However, buyers may request for lost items IN-TRANSIT (which means it get lost outside or before entering the designated country). 50% will be refunded or you may get a replacement of the same item.

CANCELATION OF ORDERS
For Primary items such as Headsculpts and other fine or meticulous products and accessories.
- Eligible Period :
You are allowed to order within specific time frame, usually between 1-3 days upon ordering.
-Action Required :
Submit your cancellation request thru email or via/under Bigcartel within the said timeframe to initiate the cancellation request.
- Confirmation :
After submitting your cancellation request we will review the details of order status. If the order is still being processed and placed within eligible timeframe, we will typically approve the cancellation. However if the said request is out of the pocket, the request will be submitted as a subject for approval.
- Refund Approval Process :
While cancellations are allowed within the eligible timeframe (1-3 days), the refund itself is subject for approval. This means we may have to review your request and determine if it meets the the conditions outlined by our policy.
